How to do your Bachelorette party on a budget!!

If you are going to be a bridesmaid this summer, you’ll probably have been given the task of organizing the Bachelorette party. Normally, the bride will give you a specific budget that you can work with. And most of the time it ‘s a bit less than what you were expecting? Whilst we would all love  the ideal quick girls trip to Las Vegas or perhaps a little island getaway , unfortunately that isn’t always achievable #sigh

However don’t get stressed about the cash just yet. There are many ways you can organize the perfect Bachelorette on a budget. Here are five ways to pull it off ( whilst enjoying a glass of bubbly at the same time!):

Plan Well In Advance

Don’t book things right at the last minute. If you wait this long, you might have to pay a bit more. Some companies and venues will offer fantastic deals to those who book early. It’s just like the saying, the early bird catches the worm. So if you want to make sure you get all the deals and discounts, start planning at least a month or so in advance. Not only will this help you save money but it ensures you aren’t running around at the last minute trying to plan everything!

Host It At Home

Why pay money for a fancy venue when you can simply host the party at yours? Just because it is at your house doesn’t mean it will be boring and dull. There are many ways you can jazz it up. First of all, decorate your home, a simple trip to your local $2 dollar shop or an order at Etsy will help you make your place look fab for a low price.  If you have a large garden, you could always plan a garden party. That’s a great option if the bride is expecting a sophisticated or luxurious Bachelorette. Remember less is more , try to stick to a theme so it doesn’t look like your place has become a catalogue picture from Hot Dollar!

Organise Cheap Travel

If you are heading out for a night out or have something planned at a venue in town, you will need to organize transport. The best way is to book something for the whole group, such as a Shofur bus. That way, you can all chip into the cost, so it isn’t that pricey. But before you book, you can see what people think about Shofur bus on review websites. Or if all else fails use an Uber or your local bus station .

Your Own Entertainment

Why hire entertainment when you can make your very own fun?! Some bridesmaids book strippers (which is not everyone’s cup of tea) or take the bride to an expensive concert or show. But why pay for this when you can do your own entertainment at home. If someone has a karaoke machine, get them to bring it to the party. Everyone loves karaoke and showing off their vocal skills! There are loads of other games you can incorporate into the night. Things like an old school game of truth or dare always go down really well!

Do Your Own Food

If you have the Bachelorette at your house, you could prepare your own food. This will cut out any catering costs. Putting on a buffet is the cheapest and easiest type of food you can make for everyone. If you have a venue booked for the party, see if they will let you bring your own food. Then that will save you from paying for a catering company. After all there is bound to be at least one or two girls in the group that loves to cook . If not then a good cheese platter never goes astray!

Have Fun!
