OK I am the first to confess that I am not a master chef in the kitchen. And if you are anything like me, you will jump at the chance to learn how to cook yummy Italian for FREE! The good thing is ,is that this event doesn’t actually fall on the 14th, so that means you can also use it as an excuse to have another date night.
Accompanied by Scalabrini Village resident chef of more than two decades, Maria Fantini, Paolo will reveal his expert tips and tricks for an easy to create at home tantalising and romantic Italian dinner for two. The intimate cooking classes will see Paolo demonstrate live for attendees how to replicate main course and dessert dishes from his special Valentine’s Day menu – Involtini di melenzane – comprising spaghetti and the San Valentino Cioccolate passion.
With FREE taste-samples and take-home recipes for each attendee, the event is designed for home-chefs. Also, those who register to attend with a friend will receive the exclusive Scalabrini Village Italian cook book, Cibo e Vita (Food is Life) for FREE.
